Tournament Rules

1. ๐Ÿ“œ General rules

1.1. โœ… Player Eligibility

Platform: PC

Age Requirement: Participants must be 16 years or older due to the PEGI rating. By taking part in the Tournament, the Player confirms that he/she is old enough for participation as specified by the game publisher and according to the applicable game classification systems. The Organizer reserves its rights to verify the age requirement of the Players. 

Country Restrictions: Only those who meet the country restrictions listed on general tournament page and 1.8 - region - may enter the competition.

1.2. ๐Ÿ’ณ Requirements and Game Account

All competitors must ensure their game account information is correctly added to the website before the tournament starts. Incorrect information may result in incorrect scoring.

Once all competitors have joined the match lobby under the correct team number, the team is considered ready to play.

Teams must meet all tournament requirements and ensure the correct lineup is entered for all matches. Teams removed from the tournament or using ineligible players (e.g., ringers, fakers, minors) will have their prizes revoked.

1.3. ๐Ÿ’ณ Players and Players accounts

Player Aliases are subject to approval by Administration. Administration reserves the right to deny the use of a Player Alias and require a change for any reason. Player Aliases may not exceed 12 characters. Player Aliases may use any combination of uppercase and lowercase letters (A-Z), digits (0-9), underscores (_), or hyphens (-). Player Aliases may not include spaces.

Player Aliases must adhere to the following rules. Using alternative spelling to avoid compliance with the following rules is strictly prohibited.

Player Aliases may not include a sponsor name.

Player Aliases may not include any product name or description.

Player Aliases may not include any words that are purely commercial.

Player Aliases may not contain vulgarities or obscenities in any way.

Player Aliases must comply with the PUBG Code of Conduct.

A player is only permitted to compete for one (1) team throughout the entire tournament. Participation is allowed only if the player's account is not banned and they comply with all tournament rules.

1.4. ๐Ÿ’ณ Game accounts

Every PUBG player is responsible to keep his profile updated and ready to play when the match is generated. Providing an incorrect PUBG account will result in disqualification of the team from the Tournament.

1.5. ๐Ÿ’ณ Team

A team can play in this tournament if it fits all the requirements which are mentioned on the tournament page. A team must have at least four players who must join before the tournament begins. Additionally, two substitutes can be added to the team during the tournament. If an admin asks a player to change his nickname and the player refuses to do so, it can lead to a disqualification of the team. Should a team play with players whose accounts are barraged then penalty points or disqualification will be given. All players have to play all matches of the tournament or team will be banned for the incoming seasons. Any technical or health problems with a proof will not result in any Punishments.


1.6. ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Lineup

Each team must consist of 4 players and can have up to 2 substitute players. At least 3 players are required to participate in a tournament. Teams with fewer than 3 players will be automatically removed from the game.

1.7. ๐ŸŽฎ Game Versionโ€‹

All players must install the newest version of the game before the tournament starts to minimise delays.

1.8. ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Technical Issuesโ€‹

Teams are responsible for their own technical issues (hardware/internet). Matches will not be rescheduled due to technical issues and will proceed regardless. If the warm-up time in the starting area is exceeded, the game continues even if the issue is unresolved. In case of problems affecting at least 10% of the players, a replay of the map may be called via the tournament's Discord channels.

1.9. ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™‚๏ธ Participation

Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis determined by payment time. Lobby will consist of 16 teams.

1.10. โ›” Disqualification

Breaking any rule listed in ewave.gg TOS and Anticheat Policy will result in a penalty determined by A1 Admins.

Any software that modifies game files, affects the status of the game, or provides an unfair advantage to the game is strictly prohibited and justifies immediate removal from the season. Abuse of a glitch or game bugs is prohibited.

If a player has less than 1 year (365 days) old VAC (Valve Anti Cheat) ban on their primary or alternate account they will not be eligible for A1AL. Also a player must not have a game ban that has been received from a PUBG developer within two years. If a player has a game ban he must prove to the tournament admin that it has not come from the PUBG developer. The organizer may disqualify a player or team if the team or its players have a VAC ban on a primary or secondary account or if reliable material is otherwise provided.

A1 Adria Team reserve the right to disqualify teams that purposefully stall or attempt to block the cup from starting.

Intentionally changing your character's angle to look through a texture or object, using macro actions to gain an advantage, or exploiting any bugs, cheats, glitches, or errors in the game is forbidden and will be penalised. Teams using known exploits will forfeit their game upon the first occurrence. A second offence will result in removal from the tournament and a ban from future tournaments.

1.11. ๐ŸŒ Region

Regional requirements (3+1)

Players must be legal citizens of the countries of Adria region (Serbia, Albania, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Republic of North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo)

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Teams (6 players- 4+2)

  • 3 players in main roster must be from the Adria region.

  • Other player can be from EMEA (EU WEST, EU EAST & MEA)๐ŸŒ.

  • 2 substitutes are allowed from any region, but only 1 foreigner can play in the main roster.

If you have 2 foreign players, 1 can only substitute the 1 foreign player in the main roster.

Main 3 players from Adria region:

EMEA (EU WEST, EU EAST & MEA): One player is allowed to play in Main Roster, the second one might be as a substitution, but can replace only the player in Main Roster which comes from EMEA West, EMEA East, MEA.

3. โš”๏ธ Match Rules

3.1. โœ… Game Preparations

Resolve any issues before the match starts. Connection or hardware problems during a match may lead to disqualification by admins. Ensure all players are eligible to play and registered for their corresponding team's roster.

The match will start on the scheduled time. If there are unforeseen issues or broadcasting delays only the match admin may allow for a later match start.

โ€‹โ€‹3.3. โ˜• Breaks between maps

All teams will have at least eight (5) minutes of break between maps. Start time may vary depending on how much time the broadcast needs. Exact start times will be communicated out by a tournament administrator as soon as possible after a map is finished on the tournament discord server. 

Complaining and harassing the tournament administrator(s) about match start delays is prohibited.



3.4. ๐Ÿ”„ Substitute Players

Substitutes are only allowed before the match starts. If you want to add SUB to the team, he has to be registered on ewave.gg platform and added to the team. Substitutes can be switched between maps. Each team is allowed 2 substitute players + emergency subs if allowed by admins.

3.5. ๐Ÿ‘€ No Show

Teams that fail to attend the tournament at the start of the round will face punishments or disqualification.

3.6. ๐Ÿ”Œ Disconnects

If a player disconnects during a match, the team must continue playing at a disadvantage.

3.7. โธ๏ธ Pause

Each team is entitled to pause during a Match.
The technical pause lasts up to 15 minutes. After the technical pause, the administrator must be informed about the reason for it so that he can act accordingly.

3.8. ๐Ÿ Match Completion

The match as a whole has to be finished. It is not allowed to disrupt a match between maps without the permission of the tournament administration. If a player refuses to start the remaining map/maps he will be counted as not having shown up and receive the according penalties for a no-showโ€‹.


3.9. ๐Ÿณ๏ธ Forfeit

Participants can forfeit a match, resulting in 0 points and possible penalty points. The forfeiting team must inform the admins of their intentions.

3.10. ๐ŸŒ Re-host

A re-host may be initiated by admins if :

  • 10% of the players experience connection problems or are dropped from the server.

  • server disconnection occurs at the start of the game or during.

  • More than 10% of the players from the lobby didn't connect into the game.

  • If two players from the same team cannot join the game

  • If the server settings are incorrect

  • If all players are marked as โ€œ#unknownโ€  

  • If the lobby host or caster doesnโ€™t make it into the game.

3.11. ๐Ÿ“ธ Observers

Observers are organized by A1 Adria admins and authorized personnel (e.g., shout casters or streamers).

3.12. ๐Ÿ“Š Results

All results will be automatically input by the eWave platform. Participants should have screenshots available to verify results and file support tickets on A1 Adira discord if needed. Incorrect in-game names will result in incorrect scores. Players must input the correct names.

โ€‹3.13. ๐Ÿ“Š Replays

All players must have the replay function enabled in-game when you compete. All replays and screenshots from the matches need to be saved for 7 days from the date the tournament ended. A1AL admins have the right to request the replay or screenshot at any time within these 7 days.


4. ๐Ÿ“ข Communication & Support

4.1. ๐Ÿ”ฐ Tournament Communication Rule

  • All official tournament communication, including Match info and support, will be handled exclusively on the A1 Adria Discord.

  • During the finals, all players are required to be present on the A1 Adria Discord. Failure to do so may result in penalties or disqualification.

  • Any failure to stay updated on Discord announcements will not be considered grounds for match delays or disputes.

  • Support requests must be submitted through the designated support channels on A1 Discord.

4.2. ๐Ÿ”ฐ Admins

Participants must adhere to the decisions and rules of the tournament organisers, admins, and referees. All decisions are final, except in cases where appeals are allowed. Conversations with organisers, admins, or referees are confidential unless permission to share is obtained.

4.3. ๐ŸŽฌ Match Media

All match media (screenshots, replays, etc.) must be kept for at least 7 days. Faking or manipulating match media is forbidden and will result in severe penalties. Match media should be clearly named. Admins hindered by bad naming may impose penalties.

All teams must be available on the following platforms during the tournament:

The League consists of Qualifiers and Finals, utilizing the standard SUPER Ruleset.

Qualifiers:

The first stage of the league features the Qualifier Cup. The number of lobbies and teams per lobby will be determined by the total number of registered teams. A total of 12 teams will advance to the finals, but the number of teams qualifying from each lobby will depend on the overall number of registered teams and the resulting lobby distribution.

  • Kill points: 1 point for each kill

  • Placement Points:

    • 1st: 10 points

    • 2nd: 6 points

    • 3rd: 5 points

    • 4th: 4 points

    • 6th: 2 points

    • 7th: 1 point

    • 8th: 1 point

    • 9th-16th: 0 points

      Tie Breaker:

    • Total points (kill points + placement points)

    • Placement points

    • Last match total points

    • Last match placement points

    • Last match highest damage

    • Final round placement if no decision is reached

5.4. ๐ŸŽฅ Broadcastingโ€‹

  • The finals are only allowed to be streamed by the official stream.

  • Casting an A1 Adria match is only permitted with admin agreement.

If allowed, streaming must be done under the following conditions:

  • A 15-minute stream delay

  • Stream title must contain the name of the tournament

  • At the end of the Broadcast, stream statistics must be sent to A1 Adria adminsโ€‹

Unauthorized streaming will result in the following punishment:

  • 1 Round: warning

  • More than 1 Round: -1 points/round/streams

  • maximum amount of point punishment is 5 point/qualifying stage/person

    The punishment can be changed depending on severity of the abuse.

5.5๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ OVERWATCH will be used !โ€Ž

โ€ข ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ eWave AntiCheat system will be used as an additional security measure to help our team ensure fair play and competitive integrity.

โ€ข Anybody who has already been banned by the eWave Anti-cheat system will not be able to participate.
