- The eWave Anti-Cheat Policy
- All tournament rules and platform policies
You are responsible for periodically reviewing updates to these terms, which will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
Account Requirements
- Accounts must be registered with accurate, verifiable information
- Each individual may register only one account unless explicitly authorized by eWave
- Misrepresentation or fraudulent information may result in account suspension or termination
Data Privacy
- All data collected for anti-cheat purposes is handled securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- eWave will not share your personal data except in cases of severe violations requiring disclosure to law enforcement or other relevant entities
Reporting and Appeals
Players subject to penalties may appeal decisions by contacting eWave at [email protected].
- Appeals will be reviewed within 14 business days
- Provide relevant evidence or context to support your appeal
Limitation of Liability
eWave is not responsible for:
- Loss of access to accounts due to violations of these Terms or the Anti-Cheat Policy
- Damages arising from server downtime, software issues, or third-party disputes related to gameplay
Connection to PUBG Account
By linking your PUBG account to eWave:
- You agree to the evaluation of your account under the eWave Anti-Cheat system
- You consent to the analysis of your gameplay statistics and match performance for the purposes of identifying violations
Privacy Waiver:
By using the eWave platform, you acknowledge and waive any claim to privacy specifically concerning anti-cheat investigations.
Overwatch Review and Decision Authority
eWave reserves the right to:
- Evaluate data and determine violations of rules at its sole discretion
- Enforce penalties, including bans, based on findings from our internal investigations
- Protect the integrity of the platform by withholding specific evidence to safeguard the anti-cheat process's
Scope of Authority:
- eWave decisions apply exclusively to the eWave platform and do not affect your standing with PUBG, Krafton, or other entities
- Bans issued by eWave are platform-specific and do not extend to PUBG or its official services
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials
- You must comply with all tournament rules and platform policies
Anti-Cheat Consent
By registering and linking your PUBG account, you explicitly consent to:
- Monitoring and analysis under the eWave Anti-Cheat system
- Data collection necessary to detect and prevent cheating activities
Breach of Terms
eWave reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for violations of these Terms or the Anti-Cheat Policy
- Take further action if violations compromise the platform's integrity
Modifications to Policy and Terms
eWave reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Updates will:
- Be communicated to users via email or notifications
- Take effect 30 days after notification unless otherwise specified
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
